I chose to offer my book on this website, for free, for two main reasons.\u00a0I very much liked the website idea because the Internet\u00a0would allow\u00a0me to make it easily accessible to a lot of people, and I liked the free idea because I didn’t want money to stand in the way of its content.<\/p>\n

The costs associated with this entire project have been fully funded by me. This includes a great deal of time spent writing this book, researching, building the website — plus yearly hosting and domain fees to keep this website running. It has been a challenging labor of love that has amounted to 5 years worth of work (as of this site’s launch on 3\/31\/12).<\/p>\n

If my book\/website has been meaningful to you and you would like\u00a0to give something back for my efforts and expenses, I have set up a PayPal donations link on this page.
