Here’s some encouragement I recently heard at a yoga class:
\n“Ride the wave of your breath. All there is left to do, is breathe.”
\n<\/em><\/span>
\nIsn’t that groovy? I really like that thought and the imagery and peace that it brings. It amazes me how breathing can play such a big role in how I feel. Too often I forget what an effective reset-button an awareness of my breathing offers me.<\/p>\n
